Applications are approved by hand, one by one. Once approved, this account both downloads from the site and signs in to the app.

The name, email and reason you give in the form are used only to review your application and to reach you during the beta. The same account both downloads the installer from the site and signs you in to the app. Once installed, your project memory stays on your own disk: indexing runs on your device and only account verification reaches the server.
